5.1 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the period expires.
• Terms on which games or categories bonus funds may be used may apply when placing bets with bonus money.
• While one bonus offer is active, another bonus may not apply, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement means that bonus funds must be bet a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Program

The jya9 VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze Tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver Tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. This tier is reached through regular active participation.
• Gold Tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. This is the highest VIP tier and is achieved through a high level of regular participation.

VIP benefits and cashback policy may be changed at the sole discretion of jya9. Cashback is added to accounts at a set time each week.

6.1 Validity of Bets

• Once a bet has been finalised and submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error.

• If a software error or technical problem occurs in any game, the results of the affected round may be voided and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Special Terms for Sports Betting
